The CAF steering group have agreed on a new revised form, protocols and guidelines. Some practitioners have found the national form time consuming. Therefore, the form has been re-designed and cut short. This new and simplified form is child centred and will help practitioners identify what relevant information to include.

We involved young people in this work and they came up with very refreshing ideas, which we think practitioners will value.
